First point of contact when an order is opened. She confirms the file type, the parties, and that a purchase request includes the sale agreement.

Takes incoming questions and sends them to processing, disclosures, or post-closing so the desk that has the file is the one that answers.

Title Processor
Assigned to open orders, including complicated matters, and becomes the contact for that file once processing begins.

Works the title file from the opened order through preparation for settlement, and stays available for questions on that order.

Post-Closing
After signing, handles the document audit and the steps that move the file toward recording.

Funding
Works with post-closing on funding and recording. Payment instructions are confirmed by calling the office, not from an unexpected email.
